Bio:

Brent Auble — Data Scientist, LMI Brent Auble is a data scientist at LMI, working with the Advanced Data Analytics group. His focus is on helping others in LMI along with its customers take advantage of “big data” and advanced analytics capabilities. In addition, he has run several internal data science competitions for LMI. He serves as LMI’s representative to the Northern Virginia Technology Council’s Big Data and Analytics Committee. Much of his career has been focused on how to help organizations improve their HR decision-making through designing better HR processes and systems, and using workforce analytics to understand what is going on in the organization. He has a BS in computer science from Lafayette College, an MA in interdisciplinary studies, with a concentration in computational social science, from George Mason University, and is currently pursuing a PhD, also in computational social science, from George Mason University.
