Michael Simcock — DHS Chief Data Architect Mike Simcock, DHS Chief Data Architect leads data governance, data management and data quality programs across the Department of Homeland Security. He leads the DHS Data Management Working Group where he supports data architects and subject matter experts from the DHS Component organizations -- CBP, ICE, TSA, USCIS, FEMA, USCG, USSS, NPPD, DNDO, and other homeland security missions. DHS has developed an extensive library of guidance documents and templates for improving data management and information sharing within DHS.
